2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below. Depending on the context, this may include:

  • Identity and contact data: surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number;
  • Data relating to your request: information provided via the contact form or during our exchanges (nature of the mobility project, housing search criteria, household composition, etc.);
  • Data necessary for the performance of our services: as part of relocation and immigration services, additional administrative data may be required (civil status documents, supporting documents, etc.);
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via cookies and trackers (see section 8).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your contact and information requests (legal basis: your consent or the legitimate interest of ISIPARIS in handling the requests received);
  • Preparing quotes and performing our services, namely relocation, immigration and housing search (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract);
  • Managing the client relationship and administrative follow-up such as invoicing and accounting (legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations);
  • Improving the operation of the website and measuring its audience (legal basis: your consent for non-essential cookies).

4. Data Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the authorised departments of ISIPARIS. It may be shared, strictly as necessary, with:

  • our technical service providers (hosting, website maintenance);
  • our partners involved in the performance of the service (real estate agencies, legal and tax advisers, public authorities), where necessary for carrying out your mobility project;
  • public authorities and bodies, where required by law.

ISIPARIS does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data Transfers Outside the European Union

Given the international nature of ISIPARIS’s activity, certain data may, as part of a mobility service, be transferred to partners located outside the European Union. In such cases, ISIPARIS ensures that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards compliant with the GDPR (European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

6. Data Retention Period

Your data is kept for a period no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed:

  • Prospects and contact requests: up to 3 years from the last contact;
  • Clients: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then in accordance with the legal retention periods (in particular 10 years for accounting documents);
  • Cookies: maximum duration of 13 months (see section 8).

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure (right to be forgotten);
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to object;
  • right to data portability;
