Founded in 1998, ISIPARIS is an independent company specialising in corporate immigration and relocation of executives and managers to France. For more than 25 years, we have supported human resources teams of French and international companies in managing their inbound mobility to Paris and the greater Paris region: immigration procedures, home search, and all the administrative formalities involved in settling in their assignees.
Our approach rests on a simple conviction: the success of a relocation assignment depends above all on attentive listening and precise analysis. Before designing a support programme, we take the time to understand the client company’s culture, its international mobility practices and the personal profile of the employee concerned – their nationality, family situation, lifestyle and constraints. It is on this basis that we build genuinely tailored support, rather than applying a standard protocol.
ISIPARIS handles every step of the corporate immigration process in France. From selecting the visa best suited to the employee’s situation through to the issuing of their residence permit, we manage each stage of the process with the relevant authorities.
The home search benefits from equally personalised support: after an in-depth discussion of the search criteria, budget and profile of the expatriate, we select properties, arrange viewings and accompany every step through to move-in.
Settling in goes beyond the walls of an apartment. ISIPARIS also assists with the practical day-to-day formalities, registration with social security, schooling and orientation, according to the specific needs of each family and each company.
