An independent company specialising in international mobility since 1998
ISIPARIS was founded at the end of 1997 by Sophie Gautheron, a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
Before founding the company, Sophie Gautheron worked as a strategy consultant at Bossard Consultants, where she developed a working method focused on a thorough understanding of client issues, the rigorous management of complex projects and the use of monitoring indicators defined jointly with each company. It is this exacting standard that she has carried over to international corporate mobility and continues to instil across the whole team. Today, Sophie manages her own cases alongside her supporting role with the team, whom she assists on the most complex situations.
Auriane de Cassagne has headed the relocation division since the early years of ISIPARIS. A graduate of the Cours Florent and of a business school, she has developed over the years an in-depth knowledge of the Parisian property market and its players (agencies, landlords, property managers). Her network, built over more than twenty years, gives her access to properties that do not always go through the usual channels, and allows her to support each expatriate by adapting to their real profile rather than offering a generic selection.
A former lawyer, Inès Tissot joined ISIPARIS in 2025 after practising in leading Parisian business law firms. That experience instilled in her a rigour in handling cases, an attention to detail and a familiarity with tight deadlines that prove invaluable in the field of corporate immigration. She now puts these skills at the service of ISIPARIS’s clients, supporting them through their immigration formalities with the same care and the same high standards.
From our Paris offices, our team supports assignees at every stage of their mobility in France, including well after they have settled in a relationship of trust built on more than 25 years of experience in corporate immigration and relocation in Paris.
The success of an assignment rests above all on analysing the context in which it takes place. Before anything else, we therefore take the time to understand the company’s HR policy, its reporting practices, its deadline and communication constraints, and the particular profile of the employee being supported. It is this flexibility that defines the way we work.
As a boutique firm, we guarantee everyone involved in the process direct availability and detailed follow-up, with no intermediary.
Discretion is an essential part of our practice. A great many of our assignments involve senior leaders or projects for which confidentiality is an explicit condition. We never disclose information about our clients or our ongoing cases, and our references are provided on request only, with the prior agreement of the companies concerned.
Since 1997, ISIPARIS has supported more than 3,000 executives and senior leaders on behalf of French and international companies across a wide range of sectors: banking and finance, consulting, industry, technology, luxury, media and sport.
