Isiparis’s standard housing service includes: searching for an apartment suited to the budget and criteria of the executive, processing documents and signing of the lease, the inventory, the installation of the telephone-internet, the gas and the electricity, the insurance subscription, and welcoming our client into the apartment with the keys.
In addition, we can provide help in many other areas: movers arrival, alarm, satellite or cable installation, household equipment (kitchen, furnitures), plumbing, renovation, cleaning...
The relocation process is as follow : the company or the executive notifies us about 15 days prior to his arrival. We select the apartments on the market best suited to his needs, and organise a full day of visit to these apartments with the executive. Then, we schedule a second round visit to the 2 or 3 apartments he liked best, for the following day.
This full day of visiting has to be done about 15 days before the date on which the executive would like the lease to begin.
Depending on the profile of the executive (nationality, family situation, position in the company, age, proficiency in French), and the culture of the company , we provide 3 different "housing search" approaches.
